Dark Patterns in Lending
RBI is recognising the usage of Dark Patterns especially in Digital Lending. In its latest amendment "Responsible Business Conduct" the dark patterns are mentioned explicitly. This newsletter aims to explain these dark patterns, and how they are misleading customers.
